Terms of sale and licence

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy Stay Put Pro from Inovex AS (org.nr 934 925 742, Norway). Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

What you get

Stay Put Pro needs the free Stay Put plugin from WordPress.org.

Software licence

The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, like WordPress itself. Your licence key gives access to updates, support and the Pro features through activation; it does not limit your rights under the GPL.

Renewal

Licences run for one year and renew automatically at the price shown when you bought, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account, and the licence then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If a licence ends, the free features keep working; Pro features pause until you renew, and your settings are kept.

Refunds

If Stay Put Pro isn’t right for you, write to support@stayputwp.com within 14 days of the purchase or renewal for a full refund. Refunded licences are deactivated.

Support

Support covers using and configuring Stay Put and Stay Put Pro, and fixing problems in the plugins. It does not include custom development or problems caused by other plugins or themes, though we’ll help where we reasonably can.

Liability

The plugins are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version at the time of purchase or renewal applies to that period. Norwegian law applies. Contact: support@stayputwp.com.
