This policy explains what personal data Inovex AS processes when you visit stayputwp.com, buy Stay Put Pro, or use the Stay Put plugins.

Who is responsible

This website

stayputwp.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or other third parties when you read the site.

Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. The logs are deleted automatically after [NUMBER] days. Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU.

Buying Stay Put Pro

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates VAT and sends receipts and licence keys. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects the data needed for the purchase (such as name, e-mail, billing country and payment details) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail, order details and licence status so we can provide updates and support. The checkout overlay is only loaded when you click a buy button.

Using the plugins

Stay Put (free) sends no data to us.

Stay Put Pro contacts external services in two cases:

• Licence activation and a daily licence check – your licence key and your site’s address are sent to Lemon Squeezy.
• Update checks – your licence key, your site’s address and the installed version are sent to stayputwp.com so we can offer updates to active licences.

The statistics feature stores only daily totals of views and clicks in your own WordPress database. It sets no cookies and records no IP addresses or visitor IDs, and nothing is sent to us.

Why we process data

To deliver what you bought and support you (contract), to keep our site and services secure (legitimate interest), and to keep accounting records as required by Norwegian law (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting law requires (currently 5 years in Norway). Support e-mails are deleted when no longer needed, and at the latest [NUMBER] years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to support@stayputwp.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
